Settings and your data
Models
Settings → Models sets the AI model agent runs use by default, with each model's rate per million tokens. Choose one and Save model; new runs use it unless a workflow sets its own in its Settings.
Secrets
Settings → Secrets keeps passwords and other credentials a run may need to type. Give each a name you'll recognize, the value, and the websites it may be filled on (one origin per line, like https://bank.example.com). Values are encrypted and can't be viewed after saving; a run can only type a secret into an allowed website, never read it. Mention a secret by its name in the instructions; see Passwords and other secrets.
API keys and developer mode
Settings → Developer creates API keys for the REST API, MCP and browser control; a key is shown once, when you create it, and acts as your account. Developer mode adds a Developer tab to every workflow with its compiled scripts, and shows each Python step's code and output on run and session pages. It doesn't change how workflows run. See API & MCP.
Emails we send you
- Needs you: a run paused on a step only a person can do. See When a run needs you.
- After each scheduled run: how it ended and its result, optionally with the store. See Schedules.
- Replies to emails sent to a workflow: see Starting runs from email.
They come from noreply@tabductor.com and go to your sign-in address.
Export your data
Under Settings → Account, request an export to get a ZIP of your account's data: workflows, runs and results, store rows, files and more. Sign-ins, secret values, API keys, run traces and recordings aren't included. The download link lasts 7 days, and you can request one export a day.
Delete your account
Deleting your account, on the same page, takes effect at once: you're signed out, API keys, share links and schedules stop, and your workflows, profiles, secrets and files are erased. Unused paid balance is refunded through PayPal. Payment and tax records are kept, without your personal details, for as long as the law requires. You confirm by typing DELETE.
To remove a single workflow instead, use Delete workflow in its Settings. The privacy policy explains what is kept and for how long.
