Results, store and files
A run leaves its data in three places: the run's result, the workflow's store, and files.
The run result
Each run ends with a short summary and a result: what the workflow brought back this time. It's on the run page, in the email reply when an email started the run, in webhook deliveries, and from the API.
The store
The store is the workflow's own set of tables, kept across runs. It's where data builds up over time: today's prices next to yesterday's, every invoice seen so far. Ask for it in the prompt, for example “add each listing to the store with its address and price”, and the workflow defines the tables and their columns.
- Columns have types: whole numbers, decimals, text, true/false, dates, timestamps, JSON, and files.
- Each table has a primary key. A row with a key that's already there updates that row instead of adding a duplicate, so reruns don't double-count.
- When you change the prompt, publishing updates the tables to match.
Open the workflow's Store tab to browse it: one tab per table, + Add filter to narrow rows, a column header to sort, and a row to see every field. The store is read-only here; runs write to it.
Export and email
- Export to Excel downloads the whole store as one .xlsx file, one sheet per table.
- To get the store by email after scheduled runs, set Email the store on a schedule: New rows only for rows that run added or changed, or Full store. See Schedules.
Files
Files holds the documents your workflows deal with: invoices and reports a run downloads and saves, attachments from emails that started a run, and files you upload. Ask for files in the prompt, for example “download each invoice PDF and save it”; a download is kept only when the run saves it. A file column in the store links to its file.

Deleting a file removes its contents; store cells that named it read “File deleted”.
How long data is kept
Results, store rows and files are kept until you delete them, their workflow or your account. See the privacy policy for every retention period.
