Publishing on Explore

Explore is a gallery of workflows people chose to share. Anyone can copy a listed workflow into their own account and run it with their own browser profile and sign-ins. Nothing of yours runs for them, and nothing of theirs reaches you.

List a workflow

  1. Save the workflow, and ideally run it once so it's distilled.
  2. Open its Share tab and check Review before listing.
  3. Turn on List in Explore. The listing link appears with Copy link.

The listing's title is the workflow's name, so give it a clear one first.

Review before listing

While a workflow isn't listed, the Share tab warns about anything in its instructions that points at your own data, such as a Google Docs, Drive, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Atlassian or Gmail link. Replace such links with a run input, like $destination_url, so each person supplies their own. Read your instructions once more for names, addresses or account numbers you don't want public.

What is and isn't published

Listing publishes a snapshot of the saved workflow:

  • the instructions and what it returns;
  • the distilled script, when there is one, so copies run fast from the start (without your run's data);
  • the sites it signs in to, taken from the instructions, and the country your profile browses from.

Never published: your runs, results, store, files, profile, sign-ins and cookies, secret values and schedules. A copy always starts without a schedule.

Update or remove a listing

  • Saving new instructions doesn't change the listing. The Share tab then says “The workflow changed since it was listed”; choose Update listing to publish the new version.
  • Turn List in Explore off to remove it. Copies people already made keep working; they're theirs.

Use a workflow from Explore

  1. Find one in Explore and open it. Read Instructions, and the distilled script if it has one: it runs in your browser session.
  2. Check What you need: a profile, the sites to be signed in to, and any inputs you provide each run.
  3. Under Use this workflow, choose Create a new profile for it or one of yours, then Copy to my workflows.
  4. If it needs sign-ins, choose Open profile browser, sign in to the listed sites and stop the browser to save.
  5. Choose Open workflow and run it.

Your copy is an ordinary private workflow: change it however you like. It runs on your balance, distilled from the start when the listing included a script, otherwise with the AI agent until it's distilled.
