Profiles and sign-ins
A browser profile holds saved sign-ins and browser storage that your workflows reuse, plus a stable browser identity, so a site sees the same browser each time. Sign in once in a profile, and every run that uses it starts signed in, with no passwords in your prompt.
Create a profile and sign in
- Go to Profiles and choose New profile (or Create and open browser on your first one). Give it a name, and optionally a proxy country.
- Choose Open browser. A browser opens with you in control.
- Go to each site the workflow needs and sign in, including any verification code.
- Choose Stop & save profile. When it reads “Profile saved”, the sign-ins are stored.
The profile list shows whether a sign-in is saved, whether a browser is live, when it was last saved, and its proxy country. Open the browser again whenever a site signs you out, and save again.
Use a profile in a workflow
Choose the profile in the workflow editor's Browser profile select. A schedule uses the workflow's profile unless you pick another for it. A workflow with no profile gets one of its own, named after it, on its first run.
A profile runs one browser at a time, so sign-ins aren't used from two places at once. Runs that share a profile wait their turn, with the note “The workflow browser profile is in use”. A run that waits 12 hours gives up. A browser started through the API holds its profile until that browser is stopped.
Choose a country
Every session goes through a residential proxy. By default it exits in the United States; to exit somewhere else, open the profile's Settings, choose a country and Save country. The browser's time zone, language and location follow the country.
The agent can also move its browser to another country during a run, when a site blocks a region or shows the wrong country's store, or ask for a fresh address after an “Access denied” page. The browser restarts: sign-ins are kept and tabs reload, but anything typed into a form is lost. Proxy traffic is billed per gigabyte (see Pricing).
CAPTCHAs
The agent recognizes common challenges (Cloudflare, Turnstile, reCAPTCHA) and solves them, first by clicking and then with a solving service. Solving is included at no charge. When a challenge can't be solved, the run asks for you (see When a run needs you).
Change or delete a profile
Stop a profile's browser before changing its country or deleting it. Deleting removes its saved sign-ins; workflows that used it get a new profile on their next run, and session history is kept.
