Sharing a workflow

A share link lets someone without an account follow a workflow's runs: a client checking that the daily report ran, or a teammate watching a job. The link is read-only, and the link itself is the access, so share it only with people who should see it. To let others copy and run your workflow instead, see Publishing on Explore.

Create a link

  1. Open the workflow's Share tab and read What a viewer can read.
  2. Choose Create share link, then Copy link.
  3. Send it. You can copy it again from the list at any time.

A workflow can have several links, for example one per person, so you can turn each off separately.

What a viewer sees

  • Overview: the workflow's name, whether it runs on a schedule or on demand, and its latest run.
  • Runs: every run's status, attempt, and start and end times, updated live, with older runs a click away. A run page adds whether it ran with the AI agent or the compiled script.

A failed run shows a short reason, never its error message: “Timed out”, “Cancelled”, “Interrupted by a restart”, “No runtime was available”, “Output didn't match its schema”, “Stopped by an error”.

Never shared: the instructions, results, the store, files, browser sessions and recordings, profiles, sign-ins and secrets. Viewers can't run, change or cancel anything.

Rotate or revoke

  • Rotate gives the link a new address; the old one stops working. Use it when a link reached someone it shouldn't have, then send the new one to the people who should keep access.
  • Revoke turns a link off at once and for good. To share again, create a new link.

A revoked, mistyped or unknown link shows the same page, “This link doesn't work”, so it never confirms that a workflow exists. A link opened very often is slowed down briefly; its page retries on its own.
