Balance and billing
Tabductor has no plans, seats or monthly fee. You keep a prepaid balance in US dollars, and usage draws from it as it happens.
What is charged
- Browser time, per hour, from when a browser is ready until it closes. There's no limit on how many run at once.
- Residential proxy traffic, per gigabyte.
- AI model use, from the tokens each call uses, at the rate shown with each model under Settings → Models. Script runs use no model, which is why they cost so much less.
CAPTCHA solving is included at no charge. Current rates are on Pricing; a price change applies only to usage after it.
Top up
- Go to Billing and choose an amount. The page shows the minimum and maximum for one top-up.
- Add a discount code if you have one: it lowers what you pay, and you still get the full balance.
- Choose Pay $<amount> with PayPal and pay with a PayPal account or a card through PayPal.
You come back to Billing afterwards, and the balance is added as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. If you leave PayPal before paying, nothing is charged. A balance coupon is redeemed on the same page with Redeem USD coupon.
When the balance runs out
Paid work needs a positive balance. Work already under way can take it slightly below zero; after that, new browsers and runs don't start, and a running browser is stopped. Scheduled and emailed runs fail to start with a message saying the balance is empty. Top up and they work again; anything below zero comes out of the next top-up.
Receipts
Every top-up is listed under Receipts on the Billing page with View receipt. Use your browser's print command to save one as a PDF.
Refunds
When you delete your account, unused paid balance is refunded through PayPal to the original payment method. Balance from coupons and discounts isn't refunded. For anything else, contact us; see the terms.
